Diarrhea in first trimester

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have been having diarrhea since yesterday and have been passing stools 4 times almost in 24 hours. Stools are semi solid but not completely liquid. I am scared to take any medication. Can you help me with a medicine safe during pregnancy for diarrhea. Also, does diarrhea lead to miscarriage or affect the foetus.

What about fever? Did you take any outside food? Vomiting? If there is infection then it needs to be treated
