My baby is 5 months and 20 days old and he has been having diarrhea for 13 days, Initially the poop was yellow and now it has become dark green at 13 days, is that concerning? Already given antibiotic oxipod and probiotic, currently having probiotic and zinc. Please suggest if anything needs to be done
