Diarrhea and weak body
I have diarrhea, vomiting(twice) , body pain(around arms), feeling weak(i have not eaten for hours). Is there any natural remedy for this situation?

If your vomiting is controlled with medications your condition will improve.. you are dehydrated due to loss of fluid by vomiting and diarrhoea.. once the vomiting is stopped you can drink plenty of fluids so your weekness will come down . So kindly consult for the treatment
