Diarrhea and flatulence
I have been having what I thought was really bad cases of diarrhea it's got so bad now that I'm going whilst I'm asleep. I sleep have really bad flatulence and really foul smelling which can occur every 10seconds at worst

uncontrolled diarrhoea even in bed , foul smelling gas are indication of bowel infection. do stool test and usg scan immediately . till then take lot of butter milk and avoid milk. if your problem persist consult a gastro nearby.
