Diaper rashes with blood.

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My 2months son has severe sailer rashes with bleeding. He's unable to sleep, and cries incessantly. Doctor has advised promethazine syrup I.P Phenergran. When drops of syrup are given to baby, he sleeps well. Is it safe or not to use it? Any best medicine to cure diaper rashes? Thanks.

Dear parents, Your child is suffering from only nappy rashes. Don't confuse with sailer rashes. In Infants as they passes stool frequently, mother's clean them with wet tissue, its harmful, also mother's dry the baby bot s, with rough towel, soft skin gets erodid & bleeds. So, apply Happy Nappi ointment locally 2to3 times, dry by mopping with soft cloth, After each mother's feed burping is necessary for 4to5 Mintues. Phenargan is not harmful if used with grand, only when necessary.
