Diaper rashes from 2 weeks

Hi..my kid is 9 months old .his weight is 10.5 kgs and I use mamy Poco pants XL diaper for him..he has developed diaper rashes from 2, weeks .am applying Himalaya rash cream but rashes still persist..plz suggest a good cream or any solution for it
