I understand your concern. It depends on the age of that person. If in old age and has incontinence problems it should be alright on a temporary basis, that too after consulting a physician. But there is a risk of getting frequent urinary infections with prolonged diaper use. However with the available information the reason for wanting to use adult diaper is unclear.
