I want to be diagnosed. Not being diagnosed just makes me feel fake and makes it harder for me to recover. Just "treating the symptoms" doesn't work for me. I want a diagnosis. But most psychiatrists are reluctant in doing so. Should I keep looking? Should I tell them something specific? I will never stop looking for a diagnosis, no matter what people tell me.

Self diagnosis is not advised. You may find yourself having symptoms that direct towards a particular disorder but that would not mean that you certainly have that disorder. I strongly suggest you to get in touch with a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist around you as soon as possible for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
