Gall stone with choledhocal cyst
For gall stone surgery is the only treatment. We do SILS Cholecystectomy ie SINGLE INCISION LAPROSCOPIC SURGERY for gall bladder surgery instead of conventional 4holes laparoscopic surgery.
For choledhocal cyst- if no jaundice & liver reports are normal then you can wait/ observation. Since if need be then it is supramajor surgery

You have CHOLEDOCHAL CYST as well as a gall bladder stone.
The BEST treatment indicated for you is a Laparoscopic removal of gall bladder and a Laparoscopic CHOLEDOCHAL CYST excision and a HEPATICO- JEJUNOSTOMY ( connecting bile duct to small bowel bowel) at one stretch.
This CHOLEDOCHAL CYST will cause you problem in later days.
