  4. Diagnosis of reports. Cause of concern?

Diagnosis of reports
I am attaching reports of my father and mother(51 yr old ). Both are diabetic patient. ECG report is of my father and ultrasound report is of my mother. Please 🙏 do check is there any cause of concern? Because due to continuous rainfall, we are unable to visit doctor to get it checked.
