I am diagnosed with UTI and culture studies show coagulase staphylococcus negative. My doctor has prescribed norflox 400 bid. It's the third day and he says I need to take it for 10 more days. I take pan 40 in the morning but by evening I have abdominal cramps and severe back pain...I reported to the doc but he insists on taking the same antibiotic...should I get another consultation or is there any remedy to solve the back pain issue as it is not even allowing me to do my daily activities.also when last night the pain was too much..I took esmoprazole 40 and the pain was relieved and I could sleep.. please suggest what to do...
