Hi, As we are trying to conceive I came to know about my UTI. While I don't have any physical symptoms but my semen analyses and culture reports(attached) are indicating the infection. I want know if we can still continue trying while I am on medication for the infection? Will it be safe for my wife?

Treat the UTI, proteus is serious, get urine culture also tested. You have immotile sperms. Treat the UTI first. Treatment of UTI may improve your semen parameters, and possibky lead to conception. Consult a urologist to find the cause of proteus (it is an unusual infection of semen). Your partner will also need evaluation.
