UTI diagnosed
Daughter was diagnosed of Mild UTI (pus cells-8-10). Was given cefixime. Took abdomen scan and culture test. Found resistance to cefixime in culture so changed to amoxicillin after 5 days of cefixime. She's done with amoxicillin 5 days with minimal dosage2.5 twice per day. Now Urine routine shows 6-8 pus cells.
What action should be taken? Please advice.
She rarely drinks water but intakes a lot of milk and orange juice at times.
