Seems like rt sided RCC with lt effusion. Limited and cytology is not malignant. Please meet a surgical oncologist or an uro oncologist. He will asses for fitness for surgery and evaluation for the function of lt kidney. Might also do a metastatic work up with chest CT scan or pet CT scan and plan for nephrectomy if operable and fit.
