Diagnosed as IBS due to stress/anxiety

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Sir/Mam, From last 1 year I was feeling chest muscle pain and heaviness in the stomach.Normally feels good only after passing the stools/Motion. Later doctor said this is IBS and gave Librax tablet for 2 weeks.I saw drastic changes from the day 1 after taking Librax and body became very active.However after I stopped this medicine again the same issue persists.How can I cure this for permanently without the tablet dependency? Thank You in Advance!!
