Hello there. I can understand your concern. Clearly your blood sugar levels are on the very high side. Also your lipid profile. Are you taking any medicines at all? Are you also a hypertensive? You need to make dietary changes like avoid foods with high glycemic index. Rice, coconut, sweets, processed sugar, carbonated drinks are a no no. Restrict your daily salt intake also. Have high fiber foods. Raw vegetables and lots of greens will help you. Apart from all these you need medicines too, these cannot be prescribed on this platform.
