Diabetic with bad breath

Hi...even though I brush twice a day my mouth smells stinky after few hours of brushing plz suggest me some solution

bad breath or halitosis can occur because of variety of reasons and some times it may be a subjective sensation too! if you are sure that there is actual bad breath complained by others then the causes can be gastroesophageal reflux dental chronic throat infections consult nearby ENT specialist and dentist for evaluation

Consult a physician (MD-Internal Medicine) to rule out any systemic illnesses which cause bad breath. Then meet a periodontist to rule out dental or gingival causes of bad breath. Finally meet an ENT Specialist to rule out sinusitis/ tonsillopharyngitis as a cause of halitosis.
