Diabetic skin allergy

Asked for Female, 63 Years

Hello, My MOM is diabetic from past 25 years, Currently suffering with skin allergies in her legs and slowly spreading towards thighs region also in hands near elbows Bubbles are growing half cm in redish brown color with puss and few days later it is turned black color with little bulge. She also has irritation in that mentioned areas and also unable to sleep properly Please advice... Attached picture for reference
