The HbA1c values are high and this needs a focused approach.
1. Shift from rice/bread or maida items to brown rice, oats, broken wheat or millet
2. Include small meals and 2 small snacks. Avoid 3 big meal pattern.
3. Include a lot of fiber through vegetables. Reduce root vegetables like beetroots, potatoes, carrots and include more of leafy vegetables, gourds, cabbage, cauliflower etc.
4. Focus on 2-3 liters of water intake regularly.
5. Include protein through dals, pulses, curd, nuts, eggs etc daily.
It's important to have a focused approach for better progress. Feel free to connect to discuss more in detail.
