Diabetic patient
My father has diabetes. It was detected 2-3 years ago. Recently he has been facing extreme issues with fatigue. He says that he has no energy to leave the bed to get up even for 5-10 min. He is on medication for the same. However what I am looking to get an advice on is what food should he eat or if there is anything that can be done to help him regain the energy to at least do basic things in day to day life. Thanks.
