Diabetic in pregnency
Dear Doctor,
My Blood glucose levels are as follows 170 for PPBS n 103 for FBS. Now i am in 1st trimester(10th week). I heard diabetic is visible usally 2nd trimester or early 3rd trimester. Will there be any complications need to be considered. Already i am following the instructions given by the diabetic doctor.

Diabetes in pregnancy can appear at any period of pregnancy. Main aim is to take care of diabetic diet , maintain sugar level as normal as possible.
If you on regular follow up , any complications like macrosomia, uti, hypertension , polyhydramnios can all be identified early and managed accordingly .
