Diabetic and hypothyroidism

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm diabetic since 6 years and I'm 27 years old ,I'm on insulin and currently on Novorapid and Basa log drugs and for thyroid I'm taking thyronorm 50mg... Latest my post and fast sugar is 125 fast and 160 post... thyroid is 11.58 Currently I'm suffering from severe cold and tiredness since 10 days and not feeling energetic to do my activities which is so irritating. Can you please advise and help me on this.
