Hello,    You are Type2 diabetic as you are using oral tablets. In Type 1 diabetes the only medicine is insulin.Type diabetes can be controlled with diet and exercise in early stages as it is mainly due to insulin resistance..Remember that by the time you know that you are a diabetic 50 to 60% of Pancreatic. Beta cells are exhausted. So try to preserve them by doing regular exercise and diet control.Reduce the carbohydrate, and fat intake, increase the protein and fibre intake.Eat lots of vegetable salads, fibre rich fruits daily. Have snacks in between major meals.Do not give long gaps between meals. If you eat at regular intervals, pancreas gets activated and insulin will be released in small amounts to regularise sugars and hence beta cells do not get exhausted rapidly.

hey , Type 1 diabetes, once known as juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes, is a chronic condition in which the pancreas produces little or no insulin, your diabetes treatment plan requires round-the-clock care, it cannot be reversed ,you can only control it
