When I test my sugar i found my fasting is 220 and PP is 320. Please suggest me about medicine.

It is a not good sign.Asymptomatic diabetes is very dangerous. Take 1)Syzygium 1x(schwabe)-2 tab- thrice a day 2)Gymnema Q(schwabe)-20 drops twice a day 3)Maangoal (my recharge pvt.ltd)-30 ml in 90 ml water-once a day. Continue for 1 month and then report me. Dp a blood test -Blood for HbA1C.
