Diabetes retinopathy
My father undergone the diabetic retinopathy surgery for left eye. The problem is now seen in right eye.
1. If laser treatment is taken, is it going to cure completely ? Or any time in future need to undergo the surgery ?
2. If the suger level is not controlled is it going to affect the retina? Even if operated / laser

Hello control sugar level if the grade or severity is more undergo surgery consult ophthalmologist and physician for further evaluation and treatment.
