My father undergone the diabetic retinopathy surgery for left eye. The problem is now seen in right eye. 1. If laser treatment is taken, is it going to cure completely ? Or any time in future need to undergo the surgery ? 2. If the suger level is not controlled is it going to affect the retina? Even if operated / laser
