Hi Blood sugar beyond 100mg % may not be even good if you have  any family history of diabetes ? If yes, then you have to be careful. You may enter prediabetes. Please get 'HbA1C test' done empty stomach. Regarding pain legs, there can be many reasons, low activity,  excessive sittings, may be Vitamin deficiencies etc. Its better to get tests Full body profile which should include VitD, Folic acid, B12, iron profile , and followed by physcian check up. Give a call if you feel like. Stay happy
