Diabetes, neuro, nephro, retinopathy
My husband is suffering from diabetes for the last 22yrs.For the last 7-8yrs he's having problem of retinopathy, neurology(termors in hands & ischemic facial paralysis due to blood clot in the brain)diabetic retinopathy taking injections avastin & Ozurdex. UTI 4 times in a year due to this kidneys got infected cretanine 1.7 which is reversed to normal. Weakness , loss of apetite, blurred vision.. all over what do you think his situation is._ what to do now. He's 52yrs of age.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Clearly all this means he can not been taking diabetes seriously and haven't been maintaining proper glycemic control. Nothing can be done from here. You will have to take him to a diabetologist and then the other specialists for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
