TB can occur again, in cases where disease was never resolved in first attempt. He will continue to loose weight, if he is not treated on a regular basis. Take him to a nearby hospital regularly, he has chances of improvement. However, his chances are low. There is a multidisciplinary approach, that will be better.
Next Steps
Take to hospital, and only if you don't see any improvement then contact me. Not before that.
