Lets get this aspect clear,, there is absolutely no branch of medicine (allopathy / homeopathy / ayurvedic ) which would aim to cure Diabetes.
The principal is to have it well controlled , you need to meet your targets
with various forms of medications ( oral medications / insulin ) as decided by your physician / diabetologist.
