1. Do I need to eat immediately after taking med or can I wait for one hour.
2. Can I take jamun seed powder with the med.

HBA1c of < 7% is considered to be good control of diabetes . Metformin/ glycomet can be taken immediately before or with food, you don’t have to wait for an hour before you eat. You did not mention about your diet or exercise in your post. To get your HBA1c to target levels you should follow low carbohydrate diet, regular exercise and your medications need to be optimised
