I have test report I dont understand what is the result of my test so suggest me Test and result FBS-149.0MG/DL FUS-NEGATIVE PPBS-221.0MG/DL PPUS-TRACES And what is traces?

Your report suggests that you are having diabetes. PPUS is trace amount of sugar level in urine , 2 hr after meals. I suggest you get a blood test for confirmation of the Diabetes status. Its called as Hba1c and will be done in any blood testing laboratory.
