Suggestions for the diabetes test report
Hi, I am 40 years old. I had today done the Diabetes screening test for myself. The report has come up as this: Fasting is 99, PP is 102, eAg is 131 and the hba1c is 6.2%. Please suggest me if I could bring my hba1c to normal range without any medicine or not. Also, I would request to give suggestions related to basic diet and exercise duration along with type. Thank you.
