What’s wrong with drinking milk? I thought milk was a good source of carbohydrate for when your blood sugar was a little low (hypoglycemia)? Is organic milk better? Is soya milk a safer alternative? Is Ice cream safe? What about other dairy products?

milk is a good and natural source of carbohydrate. There is no harm in having milk when blood sugar is low although you may want to add a spoon of sugar to it as this will bring up the blood sugar quickly.Organic products are generally thought to be better.ice cream is rich in sugar and calories and is better avoided apart from occasional scoop. You may want to consult a dietitian for further details
