Hello Doctor, is drinking cow milk of non desi breeds like Holstein Friesian and jersey cows increase the risk of type 1 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases? Please advice. Thanks

That’s false . Milk is a rich source of calcium . Hence should be consumed by both diabetics and non diabetics
