Today I drink 1 glass hot cinnemon water and ate 1 walnut then after 20 mins, I checked my blood sugar, it was 114, is it normal?

It's bit higher than normal but u can get your sugar levels normal by life style modification as no need for any medications right now.as a clinical nutritionist n dietician I can help you with this condition.do consult me for further assistance. Thank u

Hello, This is assume to be a fasting . Normal range of fasting  for non diabetic is 70- 110. I think you have tested sugar parameter for 1st time . This means your sugar level is on higher side. Cause of high sugar parameter . Obesity . Stress . Improper sleep . Low physical activity . Sedentary lifestyle And many more. So , please contact us through the link below
