For any diabetes the target range for sugars is FBS 120 PPBS 140-180 HBA1c 7 % since the sugars are in normal range nothing to worry. Sugars fluctuate but usually in normal range. No need to add on any medicines with this report can continue same try to manage diet and exercise better which will help in decreasing the fluctuations.
Next Steps
Diet and lifestyle modification
