Diabetes and Fatty Liver
I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and Fatty Liver. I am following a 1600 diet plan, but that's just considering diabetes. I want to know what can I eat when I have these two problems.

Avoid bananas, canned fruits, dried fruits, mango, pineapple, raisins, watermelon. including butter, cheeses, cow milk, creams, frozen desserts, goat milk, margarine, mayonnaise, sheep milk, whey, yogurt (except coconut)....you can consider apples, apricots, avocados, berries, cherries, grapefruit, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, plums as these are low glycemic...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables..Consult nearest physician and dietitian they will do the needful.
