Deworming medicine bandy suspension

Asked for Male, 3 Years

Till now we haven't given any deworming medicine to our son who is 3and half yrs old.He has no symptoms of worm infection.At night he is grinding his teeth.I heard that it is good to give deworming medication twice a yr.Should we give him deworming medication. Can we give him Bandy Suspension. His wt. is approximately 14 kg.Please Suggest what will be the dose and should we give him or not?

If you are using water purifier and live in modern apartments, there is no need to give worm medicine. Worms are not common nowadays due to clean food and water.
