Deviated septum
I have full day headache and sometimes dizziness when i suddenly turn or get up or go to a swing game. I don't know why this happens. I have done ct scan of my nose and attaching the reports . One side of my nose is always blocked, sometimes left sometimes right. I have difficulty in studying because of these headache i cant focus.

Just an endoscopic septoplasty followed by 3 months of intranasal corticosteroid nasal sprays should help cure you.
