Deviated septum and Mandible increase
My mandible bone on the right side has increased a little bit as I feel the difference and the pull and the same was proved by the orthopantomogram and my nose has a deviated septum owing to which my nose has deviated and the bas has expanded without symmetry
my face has lost the symmetry owing to this .
