Deviated NASAL SEPTUM

I have deviated nasal septum the flow of air is very low in my right nostril the doctor told me to go for surgery I want to know after septoplasty will my nose will be normal for the rest of life or the nose will be deviated again after few years if it will what will septoplasty will do
