Dear Doctor,
I have developed growths on my face near the chin area. It first got visible after shave 1 month back when a couple of then started bleeding. Since then I am not able to shave and only trim my beard.
People suggested they are warts and I have tried remedies like onion, garlic, apple cider venegar, neem, etc and none seems to minimize it.
I then started putting homeopathy medicine thuja ointment without relief.
Then I visited a homeopath doctor who have me thoda external liquid and 1 pill to take thrice a day. No relief till today 10 days.
Pics are attached. They are around 18 in number and seems to be stagnant. I am putting apple vinegar also daily without any effect. Please suggest.

Facial warts especially in beard area have tendency to spread and increase in number with time. We treat them with internal medicines and as it is visible in the pic attached, we can send medicines for one month which will not let them grow and increase in number. Simultaneously it will remove the root cause and start drying it and harden then which will fall off.
