Hi I'm 28 but I still look like I did when I was 18. During that time I suffered from Depression and fatigue. I was spending my days in my room playing video games and eating junk. I did very little exercise and ate very little fruit and veg. I stayed the same, skinny and with no muscle. I have been trying to change my life recently by excercising daily and eating healthier. I still look like a teen, especially in my face. Am I stuck looking like this for life or is there something I can do?

There is nothing to worry about for you. You need not rush into anything as there are side effects to every medicine you take.
Continue with your lifestyle modifications, do moderate physical activity everyday and then increase gradually.
As you'll begin to build muscle, your physique will begin to grow accordingly.
Health Tips
You can add protein to your diet in form of supplements and/or health drinks. They are the building blocks of the body and help to build a better physique when combined with physical activities.
