Developed some sort of outgrowth
I have developed some sort of outgrowth on my penis (not on foreskin but inside). The outgrowth is having spoke like structure which is senseless in nature. Once I pull and break any of the spoke it starts to bleed which is again senseless in nature. What do I do and which doctor do I show it to?
