Hi, you can undergo ayurveda panchakarma treatment. It helps in eliminating the toxins from the body, for more information regarding panchakarma, contact your nearest ayurvedic doctor...
Hello,
Detoxification is a concept coined in this modern era,
Actually ayurveda suggests SHODHAN therapy (i.e-Panchakarma),
Shodhan is basically removal of aggravated doshas (Vata,Pitta,Kapha) from our body.
These 3 doshas are responsible for smooth functioning of our human bodies ,but when they get aggravated the do act like toxins in our bodies, hence the term detoxification.
Now how is this done :- firstly you need to consult a qualified ayurveda and panchakarma specialist, and after your examination he /she would suggest you to undergo either one or all of the panchakarma therapies.
Panchakarma
vaman - therapeutic emesis
virechana - theraupatic puragation.
basti- administration of medicated oils and decoctions via enemas.
raktamoksana - blood letting .
nasya - administration of medicated oils through nostrils.
Health Tips
always consult a experienced ayurveda physician for undergoing such therapies.
