Desperation for partner
Why am I being so desperate for a partner ? This desperation is killing me from inside.I am still a student, at this stage of life I should be thinking about my career, and I'm doing so. But the problem is I don't feel like doing anything because of these thoughts. I'm looking for a companionship but first I want to be stabled financially as well as mentally. Why am I being so desperate for love ? Should I go to a psychologist(I can't afford it) ? How can I end this desperation feeling forever..?

Hi, first of all it's a normal feeling to be wanting to be in a romantic relationship at this age. It's good that you realise that you have to concentrate on your career and be sound financially. Lot of people do foolish things when they are young and later regret. Getting a partner of your choice is not easy. When the time comes it happens to everyone. Don't think it as abnormal. See if there are any other issues which is bothering you and not making you concentrate in your studies.

Talk to your friends about it. Involve yourself in physical activities like running, trekking, cycling etc.
