Rashes, burn sensation & itching at lower under arms. I used Calamine lotion and Candid dusting powder but both were ineffective.

Hi,
There could be a number of causes especially with approaching summer. Excessive sweating can cause dermatitis, fungal infections, atopic individuals get frequent rashes, allergy to deodorant etc.
You need to consult a dermatologist for the diognosis and proper treatment.
