Dermadew caloe lotion: infants face&body

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My son is 1 1/2 month old had severe infantile acne rashes and sun burnt tanned dark skin.His paediatric advised to use moisturiser along with dermadew caloe lotion . I used it for his whole body and also face; got very positive result. My query is can i keep using it regularly or not. does it have any side effects?
