Dermadew caloe for infants face? Shed.

My baby is 40days old now and born very fair, after his birth his paediatric diagnosed that he has mild physiological jaundice owing to which unknowingly my family exposed him to direct sunlight between 10am to 12pm daily for 1hr. this continued for atleast 10days i guess. then we observed minor infantile acne but after few days he had darkish tanned skin,many redbumps filled over his face with rashes n slowly spread over to his neck shoulders n back. After docs prescription we initially used sofinox, but had no much result. now we are using cetaphil cleanser, moisturiser and dermadew caloe lotion. i found a great change in his face skin. is it advisable to use it on face aswell? can i use something better to get his skin tone back, as of now with dermadew caloe lotion first the skin became scaly flaky and dried and slowly became patchy and shed. Plz prescribe a best product for facial use.
