Derma rolling while having active acne
I have just purchased a microneedling tool or derma roller and would like to use it to get rid of acne scars. But the problem is I still have active acne..can I still use the derma roller? Is it possible for me to pop the pimples or wash my face with a alcohol and water solution before using the derma roller?
